Svaka radna sveska u OpenOffice.org Calc-u ima 3 lista (Worksheet- radni list) koji su nazvani

Sheet1,Sheet2, Sheet3.

Osobine radne sveske i listova

  • Maksimalan broj listova je 256
  • Svaki radni list ima 256 kolona i 32000 redova
  • Redovi su označeni brojevima: 1,2,3,...,32000
  • Kolone su označene slovima A,B,C,...,Z,AA,AB,AC,....,IV
  • Svaka ćelija je određena presekom reda i kolone što znači da jedan radni list ima 8192000 ćelija

Aktivna ćelija je ona čija se adresa nalazi u Sheet Area(padajućoj listi) , a sama ćelija je uokvirena. Broj reda i ime kolone aktivne ćelije su ispisani masnim slovima i selektovani.
