Pri kreiranju slajda odabrali ste slajd sa tabelom. U slajdu na tom mestu vidite poruku “Double-click to add spreadsheet” - uradi dvoklik da bi ubacio tabelu.

Ukoliko vaš slajd nema tabelu, lako je ubacujete preko trake sa padajućim menijima Insert / Spreadsheet.

Kada uradite dvoklik na ikonu koja predstavlja polje za tabelu otvara vam se okvir sa radnim listom, a trake sa alatima se menjaju u one koje se nalaze u programu Calc tako da dalje radite kao da ste otvorili Calc. Kada završite sa radom dovoljno je da kliknete van okvira tabele na slajd i vratili ste se u OpenOffice.org Impress. Ukoliko treba da doradite nešto na tabeli samo uradite dvoklik na nju i ponovo ste u Calc-u.
