This is the basic interface to read data from a stream.
Description
This is an extension to the interface XSimpleFileAccess.

raises( ::com::sun::star::uno::Exception );
Description
Overwrites the file content with the given data.

If the file does not exist, it will be created.

Parameter FileURL
File to write
Parameter data
A stream containing the data for the file to be (over-)written
