Description
describes the different scroll capabilities of a result set.

READ_ONLY is the concurrency mode for a ::com::sun::star::sdb::ResultSet object that may NOT be updated.  
UPDATABLE is the concurrency mode for a ::com::sun::star::sdb::ResultSet object that may be updated.
