• Sending a mail to the mailing list users@openoffice.apache.org, explaining your problem. It is often the case that your question has been asked before so take a look at the mailing list archives. Please remember that this list is staffed by volunteers, so there may be a delay in getting a response. Also to be able to get your responses you will either have to look at the Mailing List archive or subscribe to the mailing list by sending a mail to users-subscribe@openoffice.apache.org.
