How can I wrap text within a cell?

To wrap text within a cell, or merged set of cells:

  1. Select a cell or group of cells.
  2. Right-click the selected area and go to Format cells..., or in the pull-down menus, go to Format > Cells...
  3. Click on the Alignment tab.
  4. Under the Properties section, tick Automatic line break.
  5. Click OK.
Now the contents of the cell will be wrapped to fit the cell.
