Drucken

Gedruckt wird ein Dokument über eine Schnittstelle zum Betriebssystem, das seinerseits wieder den Drucker anspricht. Über den Menüpunkt Datei>Drucken wird das auf unkomplizierte Art und Weise erledigt. Man wählt den Drucker (gewählter Drucker wird in jedem Dokument separat gespeichert) oder das Ausgabeformat (kann z.B. PostScript sein) aus. Auch kann man von dort die spezielleren Optionen für den jeweiligen Drucker erreichen und außerdem einstellen, dass nur Teile des Dokumentes gedruckt werden sollen.

Seitenansicht

Einen besonderen Hinweis möchte ich noch auf die Seitenansicht (gleich neben dem Menüeintrag für Drucken) geben, wo man übersichtsmäßig sieht, wie die fertigen Blätter aussehen werden.
