Announcing Apache OpenOffice 3.4

Welcome to the Business Development Project

Leads: Louis Suárez-Potts, Alexandro Colorado

step into greener pastures

This project is dedicated to help businesses and institutions making business on OpenOffice.org. Here you will find a business directory with information on businesses providing services like consulting or training, support and development on OpenOffice.org. A mailing list where you can look for and make contacts with potential partners and customers.

Since we believe that a space for your business is needed on OpenOffice.org, we can set up a private and confidential mailing list in this project and help you answer business opportunities on OpenOffice.org. This can be done upon simple request from any registered member of this project and in any language.

There are two main mailing lists on the Bizdev project. dev@bizdev.openoffice.org handles the discussion on the ongoing work on the Bizdev's web site.

Consultant list

Make sure to check our consultant list where you can add your business as an OpenOffice.org service provider.

To-Dos

Other points.... if you want to add to this very brief list, please subscribe to dev@bizdev.openoffice.org and send in your suggestion.

Apache OpenOffice is an effort undergoing incubation at The Apache Software Foundation (ASF), sponsored by the Apache Incubator. Incubation is required of all newly accepted projects until a further review indicates that the infrastructure, communications, and decision making process have stabilized in a manner consistent with other successful ASF projects. While incubation status is not necessarily a reflection of the completeness or stability of the code, it does indicate that the project has yet to be fully endorsed by the ASF.
