How do I change the size of OOo's pick list? |
Well, use this macro. As longs as this issue is not fixed, you would need to kill your office after applying the macro, as on a regular shutdown, the setting written by the macro is overwritten. There are other ways to accomplish the same, but as they involve tampering with local files which are an implementation detail of the configuration backend, I refuse to name them here :).

How do I disable this +*&$§# splash screen? |
Go to the program directory of your office installation. Locate the soffice.ini/.sofficerc therein. Open it in a editor of your choice. Change “Logo=1” to “Logo=0”.
