Summary:

To verify that text * cell properties can be applied/modified properly - alignment - text direction. Text direction control shows only when 'Enable for complex texts layout (CTL)' is checked.

Preconditions:

1. AOO is installed under certain locale. 2. Launch AOO. 3. Check on 'Enable for complex texts layout(CTL)' in 'Tools-) Options-) Language Settings -) Languages' to show CTL font properties in Text and Cell Properties dialog.

New a spreadsheet.

New spreadsheet is created.

Input texts into a cell, then select the cell.

Enter Text and Cell Properties dialog then active Alignment tab page.

Select an option from Text direction list, then click OK button.

Specific text direction should be applied properly.

Repeat steps 2 to 4 several times, try different options.

Ditto.

Select a cell range which covers the cell mentioned in step 2.

Cells are selected.

Check Text direction in Text and Cell Properties dialog.

Text direction is blank if there are more than one direction options in selected range.

Select an option from Text direction, then click OK button.

Specific text direction should be applied properly to contents in all selected cells.

Undo several times, then redo several times.

Undo and redo should perform properly.

Save and close file.

Re-open the file and check.

File should be saved properly.
