Summary:

To verify that automatically fill works properly - fill direction - up. Fills a selected range of at least two rows with the contents of the bottom most cell. If a selected range has only one column, the content of the bottom most cell is copied into the selected cells. If several columns are selected, the contents of the bottom most cells are copied into those selected above.

New a spreadsheet.

New spreadsheet is created.

Select some cells in one row, then choose 'Edit -) Fill'.

Up menu item should be disabled.

Input data, texts into some cells (in one row, or several rows), then select a range that covers these cells.

e.g.

Contents are input properly.

Choose 'Edit -) Fill -) Up'.

Selected range is properly filled - contents of the bottom most cells are copied into those selected above, original contents in those cells are overwritten.

e.g.

Repeat steps 3 and 4 several times, try different contents, and different cell ranges.

Ditto.

Undo several times, then redo several times.

Undo and redo should perform properly.

Save and close file.

Re-open the file.

Filled contents should be saved properly.
