Expected Results:

New a SW,

Insert a table, change its name tb1, and add caption, c_tb1

Do step 2 to insert other tables, using different name and caption content, say tb2, c_tb2 ;.....

Several tables are inserted

Select menu Insert-)Indexes and Tables-)Indexes and Tables... in Index/Table tab

Indexes and Tables dialog pops up

Input a title, select Index of Tables from Type combo box

Create from section is changed

Category combo box value is Table by default

Captions option is checked

Select References from Display, OK

Index of Tables is inserted, just like:

(Title)

Table (N): (Caption content)......Page number

(Title) : The string you input in step 5

(N) : Table number

(Caption content) : The string you input in step 3 in caption content

Do step 4,5 to insert another Index of Tables

Select Category and Number from Display, OK

Index of Tables is inserted, just like:

(Title)

Table (N)......Page number

(Title) : The string you input in step 5

(N) : Table number

Do step 4,5 to insert another Index of Tables table

Select Caption text from Display, OK

Index of Tables is inserted, just like:

(Title)

(Caption content) ......Page number

(Title) : The string you input in step 5

(Caption content) : The string you input in step 3 in caption content

Do step 4,5 to insert another Index of Tables

Select Object names option, OK

Index of Tables is inserted, just like:

(Title)

(Object name) ......Page number

(Title) : The string you input in step 5

(Object name) : The name you do in step 2
