Create a Text Document

Select menu Edit-)Auto Text... or press Ctrl+F3

Auto Text dialog pops up

Select an Autotext Entry and Click ¡°Auto Text-)Edit¡±

1. A new document with Auto text will be created in main window.

2. The entry name is as the title of the new document

3. The title has not extension

Edit auto text ,such as insert some shape, graphic, ole,

modify font size, style, then save by menu File-)Save as

Save as dialog pops up

Input name and select odt type, ok, reopen the file

Save successfully
