Click Data-)Sort in main menu.

Sort dialog pops up.

Select an item in 'Sort by' list and choose 'Ascending'.

Click Options tab in Sort dialog and in Language section, check the option 'Chinese(Simplified)' and choose 'Pinyin' then click OK.

Verify data is sorted by the selected item ascending and in Pinyin order.
