To verify that text * cell properties can be applied/modified properly - borders - spacing to content (not synchronize).

New a spreadsheet.
New spreadsheet is created.
Input texts into a cell, then select the cell.
Enter 'Format Cells' dialog then active Borders tab page.
Values of spacing to content are '1 pt', and Synchronize is checked by default, otherwise, customized values should display.
Check off Synchronize check box, then change value of spacing to content:
Only the value of specific border is changed, and value of other borders should not be impacted.
Click OK button.
Customized values should be applied properly.
Repeat steps 3 to 5 several times, try different values.
Select a cell range which covers the cell mentioned in step 2.
Cells are selected.
Check values of spacing to content in Text and Cell Properties dialog.
Value of spacing to content of certain border should be blank if there are more than one values of this border in selected range, and Synchronize check box is unchecked if there is any cell in selected range is asynchronous.
Set values of spacing to content, then click OK button.
Values are applied on all selected cells.
Undo several times, then redo several times.
Undo and redo should perform properly.
Save and close file.
Re-open the file and check.
Applied values should be saved properly.
