CD-ROM ISO Images

After the 3.1.1 release, the decision was made to revert from a standard DVD image to a series of four CD images, one for each supported operating system.

The standard ISO images are available for normal download through the following 4 links:

Windows^®
Linux
Mac OS^®
Solaris^®

Release Notes:

The CD images are now single platform.
The Windows CD also contains some documentation.
The Linux CD contains packages for both Debian-derived and RPM-based distributions. Both are also available for i586 and x86-64 architectures.
Both Sparc and x86 binaries are included on the Solaris CD.
The Mac PowerPC (PPC) build has not yet been passed by QA. The latest Release Candidate is included on the image, but users should be warned about the lack of QA for the PPC.
The Mac CD includes several useful extensions in a separate folder.
Documentation is in its own folder on the Windows CD only.
