The installation aborted when I first installed-at the end of installation. A 
few minor things didn't work correctly. I've tried twice to reinstall after 
rebooting. The installation program aborts now at the beginning of install with 
the following message:

Setup  has caused an error in UNICOW.DLL
If you continue to experience this problem, try restarting your computer.

restarting has no effect.

When will OOo 1.1 Beta2 be ready for download?
I notice it is listed in "Found in Version:" at top of page.

OOo1.1 needs this library to run but is not allowed to bundle this dll.
