I'd like to offer a comment about the unicows.dll file.  I decided to try
upgrading from 1.0.2 to 1.1beta.  I started the install, it quit saying "file
unicows.dll not found."  I tried downloading again and the same thing. After I
read the download/installation instructions I found the unicows.dll download
instructions and downloaded the file from Microsoft.

I'd like to suggest that for the final release that the error message be more
descriptive so other non-expert users, like me, don't assume that the download
is incomplete.
