I downloaded version 1.1 beta, OOo_1.1beta_Win32Intel_install.zip, and extract 
to a folder.  In folder Install, I run setup and receive the attached error 
indicating that library file UNICOWS.DLL is missing.  The installation then 
aborts.  I still have version 1.0 installed on this PC.

Not an OOo issue.
