This issue is duplicated in OOo 1.0.2, OOo 1.1Beta, and StarOffice 6.0.

These are the steps:
Insert | Envelope | Uncheck Sender Box | Insert
This places a border around the recipient frame (not desirable)

Insert | Envelope | CHECK Sender Box | Insert
This does not place a border around either frame (desirable)

Temporary fix is to make sure Sender Address is NULL and check the sender box,
but combersome when doing a lot of envelopes.

This task in status 'resolved duplicated' and will be closed now.
If you don't think, that this task is fixed when the referenced bug is fixed,
please re-open this task.
If the referenced task is not fixed, please wait until it is fixed. It make no
sense to have all duplicated task open. Out of this reason this task will be
closed now.
