interface XViewFreezable
Description
enables a SpreadsheetView to freeze columns and rows of the view.
Methods' Summary
hasFrozenPanes returns true if the view has frozen panes.  
freezeAtPosition freezes panes with the specified number of columns and rows.

Description
returns true if the view has frozen panes.

Only one of XViewSplitable::getIsWindowSplit() and XViewFreezable::hasFrozenPanes() can be true.
freezeAtPosition
void
freezeAtPosition( [in] long  nColumns,
[in] long  nRows );
Description
freezes panes with the specified number of columns and rows.

To freeze only horizontally, specify nRows as 0. To freeze only vertically, specify nColumns as 0.
