This issue has been closed in the past, however it still seems to be a problem.

Description:

If I add page numbers in a footer of a display then offset the page number by X
pages the only page numbers that get displayed are on those that have a page
number that is less than the total number of pages.

Need:

I would like to affix the OO document to another document that is created in a
separate program.  Therefore, I need the pages to be listed as 58-77 not 1-20.
