When importing PDFs, OOo should request replacements for fonts which are not
available on the system.

It is very much work to change each text element's font seperatly.

This would solve problems like described in issue 90700,

I have to correct my initial comment:

It should be possible to replace ALL used fonts, not only the not installed
ones. But it would make sense to highlight the not installed ones in that window.
