If I open the following document:
http://de.openoffice.org/doc/howto_2_0/office/exportpdfformat.pdf the position
of the text is relocated more left. You could get the source document here:

I tested with DEV300m16 on openSuSE 10.3 and pdfimport-linux.oxt, vers. 0.3 from
11. June 2008.
If necessary I could provide a screenshot.

I sometimes have noticed this problem when importing some PDFs.

I found out that the problem is that used font is not installed on the system.

The problem is not the position, the text is too large (width).

In this document the font "Albany AMT" is used that I have not installed on my
PC. If I select text and change it to "Arial", it looks fine.

I have filed issue 93793. This should be a solution for such problems.
