In both VCL canvas and cairo canvas (both Mac Aqua & Linux X11), the dotted
underline does not respect the user set color (e.g. red) visible in impress
normal view, but renders the dots always as white.

Test doc showing the bug to be attached.

This is duplicate (in spirit) to issue 92658, and will be fixed ~automagically
when I've ported slideshow to make use of the drawing layer primitives.

@af: Thanks for taking a look. As noted, this should be dealt with wholesale
when switching slideshow to drawing layer primitives.
