- start an Impress
- insert a textbox and write a small text
- assign a Text animation to the text (Format/Text/Textanmiation)
- start the presentation
- you can't do anything in the presentation.

Seems like the event loop is starving - SalXLib::Yield() processes all queued
events, before looking for new events on the FDs - and removing the
App::Reschedule() in presenterview killed the last chance to re-insert new
events into the queues...
