If you want to start to count a page for a number diferent from 1 you should do
this by "Ctrl+F2 Select page number and in the field correction put a number".
this not works very well. 

Try to put in correction the number 15 .

Si deseas que el programa empiece a contar desde un número distinto a uno , se
debería intentar lo siguiente Ctrl + F2, seleccionar número de páginas y en el
campo de Corrección poner un numero de corrección. esto no funciona...

The page number offset is the wrong way of assigning a different page number. Do
it in Format.Paragraph.Text flow dialog.
