link in IssueZilla Whinemails does not work

the first link in the IssueZilla whinemail (http://www.openoffice.org/issues/ does not work. I think in collab.net local network this will work, it maybe that this occurs only from outside (see localhost redirection in errormessage). error message: ERROR The requested URL could not be retrieved While trying to retrieve the URL: http://localhost.germany.sun.com/servlets/SummarizeList? The following error was encountered: * Connection Failed The system returned: (146) Connection refused The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.

Martin- the URLs appear to be correct in the body of your emails. They are the full or absolute openoffice.org URLs. ( eg. http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=8402 ) In the error message below the browser error reported back from "localhost.germany.sun.com" which is incorrect. Perhaps there is a problem when you click on the url within your email client? Could you try cutting and pasting the whinemail URLs in new browser window? Thanks
I did that (also outside the Sun Network) http://www.openoffice.org/issues/ gives Messagebox "The connection was refused when attempting to contact localhost" http://www.openoffice.org/issues gives "The requested URL /local-access-only/www/www/issues was not found on this server"
I replcated this behavior using a machine outside of CN's network. Action Plan: 1) File internal issue to have CN's ops and engineers resolve this problem 2) Update this IZ when the internal issue is updated or resolved Step 1 complete

kenneth, the http://www.openoffice.org/project_issues.html and http://www.openoffice.org/issues/query.cgi URL work both perfectly.
Martin- I modified PCN 12309 to have the URL in the body of the whinemail changed to the correct URL. I will update this issue when I have an update. Thank you
update: martin - we're going to set up a redirect so that the url in the email is pointing in the right location. it's in our work queue so we should have this resolved soon. thanks
update: the engineers have their code finished and updated and the update to the system is ready to go out. I will update this ticket when the updates have taken place. I should have an update by Wednesday.
