Our numbe formatter is very restricted while recognizing a fractional number 
format. Only formats with the style "# ?/?" or "# ??/??" are accepted. Other 
spreadsheet applications accept various other formats such as:
- different placeholders for numerator and denominator: ##/## or ??/#0
- unlimited literal text between all elements: 00 "text" ## "text" / "text" ??
