Hi, This is probably due to the move to the new colocation center. I have filed an internal issue (pcn6576) with our operations department to address this. Thank you Kat
Changing the qa contact to issue@
accepting issue. Ops is working on the monitoring setup for the new colocation center.
The operations department reports that this task will be completed by end of day 12/21/2001. Thank you Kat
The Operations department has provided a new interface for monitoring at the SF colocation facility. The link to this interface is: http://zoomzip.sfo.collab.net/customers/openoffice.org/ access using the same password/username as before. Graphs are updated twice per day, at noon and midnight Pacific time. Thank you Kat
With this switch to the new interface we lost - real time data (5 min update) - machine load data I see this as a regression and would be glad to see these functionalities back again.
Reassign issue to owner of selected subcomponent
reassigning to support louis
I'll look into this.
Louis and I met with the instantiation engineer and the operations engineer about this this afternoon; I need to bring this up with the engagement manager.
David (the EM) is working on this with the operations group.
Seems to work again with updates twice a day. What is left now is real time (5 min) update.
We are not prepared to provide 5 minute updates at this time. This option may be discussed further with the EM (David).
Closing issue here. Increasing the frequency of updates may be discussed with David.
As agreed by Louis I will close these resolved fixed support-owned issues now. If you have trouble with that, please re-open the issue.
