This has been added to the request to initiate monitoring at the new
colocation facility (pcn6576).

Thank you
Kat
Comment 2 Unknown 2001-12-14 20:20:00 UTC
The monitoring for the mirror sites will be added and available by end
of day 12/21/2001 when the monitoring is brought back up at the new
facility.

Thank you
Kat

Reassigning all of kat's open issues to support so that I can go through them.
Comment 4 Unknown 2002-01-15 21:36:21 UTC
I believe this is complete, but I'm getting verification from the
operations team.
Comment 5 Unknown 2002-01-22 22:51:38 UTC
Operations says that this is complete- please verify.
Comment 6 stx123 2002-01-23 10:23:34 UTC
Using the URL given in issue #74 I see a page providing links for one
host (h66). How can I access data for sf1 and ny1?

Never trust ops :-) Seems you have to verify statements from ops
before setting to resolved.
Comment 7 Unknown 2002-01-23 10:28:01 UTC
I do trust our ops team :) but sometimes there are communication
issues, especially when the support person for an issue changes in
mid-stream. I've reopened the internal issue with your request.
Comment 8 Unknown 2002-01-29 19:18:27 UTC
Okay, so I've spoken to our operations team, and to louis. We are
providing this information, but not via the stats website- louis is
forwarding the data to you via the core mailing list. Please check
with louis for more info. Thanks.
Comment 9 lsuarezpotts 2002-02-07 03:10:37 UTC
I forwarded what Andrewr sent me to core in a zip file. I think we need a better
solution.
For one, there is no at-the-moment monitoring; it happens only once a month, that
we get a report.
I think that this issue should be reopened and that there should be a link on the
server that gives some indication of activity/load. This is a client request and it is
reasonable, too ;)

I'll look into this.
Comment 11 Unknown 2002-02-21 00:55:44 UTC
Louis and I met with the instantiation engineer and the operations
engineer about this this afternoon; I need to bring this up with the
engagement manager.
Comment 12 Unknown 2002-05-15 23:16:57 UTC
David is working on this with the operations group.
Comment 13 stx123 2002-05-23 00:13:31 UTC
Now that general monitoring works again for the main site (see #74),
could you give us a timeframe for adding the download servers?
Comment 14 Unknown 2002-05-24 20:48:35 UTC
I am awaiting a response from operations on this issue.
Comment 15 Unknown 2002-06-05 18:45:55 UTC
Monitoring for the download servers is available at:

http://monitoring.sfo.collab.net/customers/openoffice.org/
http://monitoring.nyc.collab.net/customers/openoffice.org/

with the same username/password combination as I have for zoomzip.
Comment 16 stx123 2002-06-05 22:33:42 UTC
assuming that h04 is sf1 it works. thanks.
Comment 17 Unknown 2002-06-05 22:51:48 UTC
Yes, h04 is sf1 and h12 is ny1.
Comment 18 stx123 2002-08-30 14:58:00 UTC
