Writer Crashes when opening up file from desktop on windows 98. I attemptted to 
open buildooo.sdw from my desktop on windows 98. I will attach the file and the 
crash log.

This may be a duplicate of 659.

Yes it is a duplicate to 659/660. Starting OO with a document (doesn´t 
matter starting via desktop or command line, internally it is the same way) ends 
in in a GPF. In my internal src630 it works again so look out for an OO in this 
number range.
