When tracking changes in a document, OOo lacks the facility to right click on
individual changes and accept/reject them at will. 

At the moment, we have to go through Edit>Changes menu, which is akward because
the order in which changes are dealt with is imposed by OOo and it is difficult
for the user to keep tab on what change is what.
