1. Create (for example) 10 pages
2. Insert > Header > Default
3. Insert (in header) > Fields > Page Number
4. [right clic] > Fields... > set page numbering Offset to 5
5. Go to page #6 and look at number field. It stops counting at 10.

It is problem when I making complex document.

Not a bug, see in issue 2235.
