Edit Fieds in Number Page, footer, when initial number is differ "0" (zero),
failed. It's invisible in document page.

Rhis works as designed. Page numbers are changed in connection with page breaks
in paragraph format 
 - Format.Paragraph.Text flow, or
 - Insert.Manual Break
