When I use offset for numbering page in odt document, the number of a page can't
be greater than the document number of page. E. g.: if the offset is 10 and the
document number page 33, I haven't number after the 23th page which has number 33.

The offset field is not used for changing the start page number. Please see
issue 2235 for further information.
