The status bar can be hidden successfully, however when the application is
closed and reopened, the status bar reappears.  The check mark under view>status
bar is still missing, as it should be.

This is caused by the progresse bar (which appears in the status bar) 
displayed while saving a document.
Notice that after having saved the document it won't be possible to 
switch off the status bar anymore. (same behaviour in a 642z).

In at least one case (OLE inplace pilot) the statusbar reappears
automatically after a certain time span.

Also, when a document is saved, the hidden status bar also returns. 
This also happens in full screen, where the status bar will appear
after a save.

Because of limited resource for OOo2.0, it was decided to shift this tasks to
the next milestone. If somebody will be found, who can implement this until
OOo2.0, then this tasks will be re-targeted.
