Hi,
Here is the process to reproduce :
1. Create 2 charts with Calc
2. Past them as a group in Draw
3. Select the charts
4. Export them choosing Eps file type and checking Selection case
5. Now try to opening it whith Ghostview, it says an error '-nostringval' and can't open it

This happen only under Linux, the same chart open fine under Windows. We have testing it under 641d and 642 with the same result.

I get an unrecoverable error when trying to open the exported eps 
file. Reassigned to Sven.

Hi Wolfram,
can you please provide the eps graphic that can't been loaded in 
Ghostview. Please check also if there is a difference in the eps 
files which we generate on Windows and Linux by exporting an 
identical source document on both plattforms. Is this bug happening 
also on the latest version ?

This happens also in the latest version. Under Linux it does not work,
under Windows it does when exporting the same file to eps. Reassigned
to Sven.

SJ->WG: This bug has already been fixed for OOo 1.1 Beta, so you
should close this Issue. (and next time you should assign eps issues
to sj@openoffice and not sl@openoffice :), just preventing that bugs
are ignored.
