Whenever I print a document the greyed out "Save Document" button becomes 
enabled (i.e. not greyed out any more).

I think this can be disabled in the 
tools-->Options-->OO.org-->General pane. Wouldn't this be better 
placed in an OO.org-->Printing or OO.org-->Document Changed Options 
pane ?

I will lower this to an enhancement.

Printing a file changes the file content (the print date).
Owen is right. If you feel that this does not deserve to be saved, you
may switch this off. Therefore I consider this one as "worksforme".

If you like to have this checkbox somewhere else in the tools-options
 dialoges, feel free to file another task. We can not accept "mutating
issues" that start with a bug (that doesn't exist, in this case) and
end up in an enhancement that has nothing to do with the title any more.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved

details. First step in IssueZilla is unfortunately to set them to verified.

bug 9868, bug 15346.
