This is a request to use png files for toolbar icons. This would include 32 bit
png files with alpha transparency. This would make it easier to update the icons
and would also look nicer that the 1 bit transparency option available with bmp
files.

SBA: The png support was introduced via CWS bmpres01. This one was integrated
into Build 680m40 in order to have it for OOo 2.0. So this is a duplicate of
issue 22149.
