So - we'd like to merge the latest rev. of our alpha channel support to a cws so
we can also integrate the artwork. It'd be great if we could have one.

The relevant patches are all at:

Hi Stephan, since you volunteered for the Windows part of this, I thought this issue 
would feel comforable in your intray. Please have a look.

SSA: The windows support is comitted to the CWS and the new icons look good. I
checked imagelist creation as well. However, when testing if the SO icons still
work I saw a few small magenta icons showing up in impress near the document
sliders. This does not occur with Ximian's icons and I assume that the SO icons
were not touched. 

SSa->THB: May be you can have a look at that while verifying the whole patch.
