Scenario: Had a multi-user installation of 680m30 which had problems with Help
showing no content.  I installed m32 over the m30 installation, telling it to
replace all files.  Upon first invocation, I opened a blank Text document and
pressed F1.  I got Help window with no content and the following message in a
dialog: 
Error loading document
vnd.sun.star.help://swriter/52821?Language=&System=WIN....<truncated by dialog box>
Nonexistent object.
Nonexistent file.
<Ok button>

I clicked the button, and Help remained open with no content. I closed the Help
window, which caused OOo to crash, and I submitted an error report.
