I experienced that OO.o Help leads to crash when some text is searched.

(May be related) This began when in Calc, had a filter active, and went to use
Help, but it came up blank (no content), then crashed.  I was afterward unable
to get anything from Help in any context.  I uninstalled without deleting user
files, (WinXP, multi-user install), re-installed, but the problem is not
corrected. I'm going to try uninstall with delete of user files.

-Search Index item <default;templates;changing>

-Help hangs for a while and OO.o crashes after that.

I don't know if I can handle waiting 2 - 4 weeks to get into the Help.  I cannot
use it at all now.

issue seems to be still present:
selecting help from help menu or just prssing F1 opens a help window which has
no content. OO crashes partly (remains active in the system tray but does no
longer react to events)
OOO300m9, Mac OSX 10.5, German
