In a spreadshett, with the french install of OOo, if you enter a number with a point (7.98) OOo 
does not understand it. You have to use the comma (7,98). The problem is that with some 
other software when you use the suppr/Point key on the numpad, you get a comma. With OOo 
you get a point and the number is incorrect. 
 
Would it be possible either to have a comma issued when you use the numpad or to have 
numbers with points or with commas equally recognised ?

In OOo 1.1.1, there may be a temporary fix for print comma when press numpad 
dot (issue 20181).

A definitive fix should be available in OOo 2.0 (issue 1820).

For the last point, it is related in issue 7467.
