Description bbouwens 2004-01-04 10:42:02 UTC
When the locale is set to Dutch, entering 4.95 (or similar) in a cell in a
spreadsheet is interpreted as april 1995. For the German locale that would be
logical, but not for Dutch: we do not have a date format with dot.

It's a duplicate of issue 7467.
Issue 1820 and issue 20181 are related, they are specific to using the numeric
keypad but do not mention the conversion to date as a big problem.
