I tried to approve a document in the ui documentation area but it didn't work.

The URL
http://ui.openoffice.org/servlets/%27http://ui.openoffice.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentApproval%27could
no be loaded (Netscape 6.2 and IE 5.0)

The URL for document approval looks like
http://ui.openoffice.org/servlets/'http://ui.openoffice.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentApproval'

It works for domain admins using the link from admin's start page.
It does not work for project owner who has to go into the document 
section and use the link "Pending Approval".

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
