When inserting an XML Import Filter for "Impress" it does not show up in the
"File/Open", "Files of type:" dialog, as expected. 

When changing the application to "Draw" for example, the filter shows up nicely
in the "Files of type:", in the Draw section.

It seems like custom filters for Impress is simply ignored.

Changed component to framework. This one is reproducible, I had a look
at it with cl.

PB -> CL: the problem is the wrong type of an impress filter. The XML
Filter Dialog writes "sun.star.presentation.PresentationDocument"
instead of "com.sun.star.presentation.PresentationDocument".
