In OOo 1.1, printing a document can be done in two ways described bellow:

1. File  -> Print
2. File  -> Page Preview -> (right click on the document) print

Printing a 9 page document on a single page, can be done ONLY via the second
option (the one with page preview) by selecting printing options and then the
number of columns and rows for the page.

In the first case ( File  -> Print ) there is an option button but it has
nothing to do with the Print options from the second option (File  -> Page Preview)

I think these two print options should be merged and the print dialog, whenever
it is called from, should have the same options.

Yes; the two printing possibilities from the user interface should be
"harmonised".
