What to do with duplicate stylenames in rtf ?

The recent patch to map rtf stylenames to our own UI names has a
sideeffect that duplicate names are now possible in the rtf filter as
well. Need to review patch and see if it needs to be backed out or if
we can handle the duplicate case nicely.

Now done in portlaoisefilterteam16 for 2.0, now this logic is merged
in the rtf and ww8 filters. So they will sink and swim together.

cmc->mru: Good in Fri-Nov-07-16-00 portlaoisefilterteam16 installset.
On import there should be two styles Default and Normal in an english
version, with the text in the style Default. If it was a german
version the secondary unused style shouldn't overwrite the actual
Normal style, and be called ww-normal or something like that. Anyhow
the rtf filter uses the same code as the ww8 filter, so the rules are
the same for the two of them now.
