Description mandreiana 2003-10-19 18:00:34 UTC
Many times exporting a document from Writer to RTF and then re-opening the rtf
shows bad formatting on some paragraphs (bold/italics where they weren't).

Attaching two sample 1-page document with initial file and RTF export. Note how
these paraghaps are bold/italics when they shouldn't:

OpenOffice 1.1 (default Install, US), Win XP Pro Sp1.
(And MS Office XP Sp2).
It is real problem

Reassigned to MRU
Comment 5 michael.ruess 2003-10-24 11:50:45 UTC
MRU->CMC: Though we have had similar taks in the past, this has not
been fixed with them. Some hard formattings do not start/end at the
correct place when exporting.

Hmm, if the style sets an associated bold/italic, then each range that
is not using the associated bold needs to have it stitched off,
despite the existance of nonassociated bold/nonbold. Interesting. So
if any bold is turned on/off the other must be mentioned as well it
looks like.
Comment 7 caolanm 2003-10-29 17:42:06 UTC
Hmm tricky, fixed for 2.0 in portlaoisefilterteam16 for 2.0.
